1. Introduction
Welcome to use Plant Smart software and related services!
Plant Smart Software and Related Services refer to the products and services provided by the application named Plant Smart, which is legally owned and operated by MOREONEP PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). These include but are not limited to core functions such as search queries and other features. The Plant Smart User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is the agreement between you and the Company regarding your downloading, installing, registering, logging in, using (hereinafter collectively referred to as "using") the Plant Smart Software, and receiving the relevant services provided by the Plant Smart Software.
To better serve you, please read and fully understand this agreement before starting to use the Plant Smart software and related services, especially the clauses concerning exemption or limitation of liability, rights licensing and information usage, consent to activate and use specific single services, applicable law, and dispute resolution. Important content such as clauses on exemption or limitation of liability will be highlighted in bold for your attention; you should read them carefully.
If you do not agree to this agreement, it will result in the company being unable to provide you with complete products and services. You may also choose to stop using them. If you voluntarily agree or use the Plant Smart software and related services, it is considered that you have fully understood this agreement and agree to be bound by it as a party to this agreement.

2. Plant Smart Software and related services
2.1 By using Plant Smart software and related services, you can obtain the Plant Smart client application or access Plant Smart-related websites through pre-installed installations or downloads from third parties authorized by the company. If you do not obtain the Plant Smart software from the company or an officially authorized third party, the company cannot guarantee that unofficial versions of Plant Smart software will function properly. Any losses incurred as a result are not the responsibility of the company.
2.2 You may use the Plant Smart software and related services or update the Plant Smart version as needed. If you no longer need to use the Plant Smart software and related services, you may also uninstall the corresponding application software by yourself.
2. To better enhance user experience and services, the company will provide updates or changes to the Plant Smart software and related services at irregular intervals (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, feature enhancements, development of new services, etc.). You can choose whether to update to the corresponding version as needed. To ensure the security of the Plant Smart software and related services and improve user service, after partial or full updates to the Plant Smart software and related services, the company will notify you in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, site messages, etc.) if feasible. You have the right to choose to accept the updated version; if you opt not to update, some functions of the Plant Smart software and related services may be restricted.
2.5 Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company in advance, you shall not access or use the Plant Smart software and related services in any form, including but not limited to adaptation, reproduction, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring or trading without authorization.
2.6 Plant Smart Company provides some services as paid network services, and you need to pay a certain fee to use these paid network services. For paid network services, Plant Smart Company will provide you with clear instructions before you use them. Only if you confirm your willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the instructions can you use such paid network services. If you refuse to pay the relevant fees, the company has the right to not provide you with such paid network services.
2.7 You understand that using the Plant Smart software and related services requires you to prepare terminal devices (such as computers, mobile phones, and other devices connected to the internet or mobile networks). Once you open the Plant Smart software on your terminal device or access Plant Smart-related websites, it is considered that you are using the Plant Smart software and related services. To fully realize all the functions of Plant Smart, you may need to connect your terminal device to the internet. You understand that you should bear the necessary costs yourself.
2.8 The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to legally use the Plant Smart software and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement remain reserved by the Company. You must obtain written permission from the Company before exercising these rights. Furthermore, the Companys failure to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
2.9 You can start using Plant Smart software and related services without registration, but some functions or services may be affected.
2.10 If you find any content on the Plant Smart client or official website that infringes upon your rights, you can notify the company through the complaint channels provided in the Plant Smart complaint guidelines and provide evidence of your relevant rights. The company will promptly handle your complaint according to applicable laws. If your content posted on Plant Smart is complained about for infringement by relevant right holders and you disagree with the handling result, you can submit proof of your rights to smile@moreonep.com for appeal. We will also promptly handle your appeal according to applicable laws.
3. About "account"
3.1 Plant Smart Software and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal character set as your account name and set a password that meets security requirements. The account name and password set by users are credentials used for logging in and using Plant Smart Software and related services as registered users.
3.2 Account cancellation
When you need to terminate the use of Plant Smart account services, you can apply to cancel your Plant Smart account if you meet the following conditions:
(1) You can only apply to cancel your own account and follow the Plant Smart process to cancel it;
(2) You shall still be responsible for your actions before you cancel your account and during your use of the Plant Smart services;
(3) After successful cancellation, account records and functions will not be restored or provided.
3.3 You understand and promise that you shall abide by relevant laws and regulations during the process of account registration and use.
3.4 If you lose your account or forget your password, you can follow the companys complaint procedures to request a password reset promptly. You understand and acknowledge that the password recovery process only requires verifying that the information provided on the complaint form matches the data recorded in the system. The company particularly reminds you to keep your account and password secure. After use, please log out safely.
3. 5 After you complete the account registration, login, and perform reasonable and necessary identity verification for Plant Smart, you can browse and modify the personal identity information you have submitted at any time. You understand and agree that, for security and identity verification purposes (such as account or password recovery services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification details provided during registration. You can also apply to cancel your account. The company will assist you in canceling your account after completing reasonable and necessary verifications regarding personal identity, security status, device information, and infringement complaints, and will delete all information related to your account according to your request, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4. Protection of users personal information
The company works with you to protect your personal information (information that can identify you independently or in combination with other information).
Protecting users personal information is one of the companys fundamental principles. During the use of Plant Smart software and related services, the company will legally protect your rights to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw authorization. We will employ encryption technology, anonymization processing, and other technical measures that match Plant Smart software and related services, as well as other security measures to safeguard your personal information.
For the content you publish or store in Plant Smart, the Company recommends that you back it up from time to time on your own. You understand and agree that if you voluntarily stop using the Service by using the account logout function or if the Service is terminated or cancelled, the Company cannot return or provide any data to you.

5. User behavior standards
5.1 User behavior requirements
You shall be responsible for your use of the Plant Smart Software and related Services, unless permitted by law or in advance in writing by the Company, you shall not use the Plant Smart Software and related Services in the following ways:
5.1.1 Use any plug-in, add-on, system or third-party tool that is not authorized or licensed by the Company to interfere with, damage, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of the Plant Smart Software and related Services.
5.1.2 Any act endangering the network security of computers using or targeting the Plant Smart software and related services, including but not limited to:
(1) Illegal intrusion into the network, interference with the normal function of the network, theft of network data and other activities endangering network security;
(2) Provide programs and tools specially used for intruding into the network, interfering with the normal functions and protective measures of the network, stealing network data and other activities endangering network security;
(3) To provide technical support, advertising promotion, payment and settlement assistance to others who knowingly engage in activities endangering network security;
(4) Use of unauthorized data or access to unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Accessing public computer networks or other peoples computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan or test the weaknesses of Plant Smart systems or networks or other acts that undermine network security without permission;
(7) Attempts to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the Plant Smart system or website, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses and other acts that disrupt normal network information services;
(8) Falsifying the name or part of the TCP/IP packet name;
(9) Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, compilation or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of Plant Smart software and related services;
(10) Maliciously registering Plant Smart accounts, including but not limited to frequent and batch registration of accounts;
(11) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, the relevant rules of the Company and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
5.1.3 The information you create, share, publish and disseminate shall consciously comply with the requirements of laws and regulations; otherwise, the Company has the right to immediately take corresponding measures. You agree and promise not to create, copy, publish or disseminate the following information:
(1) spreading or disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
(2) insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or endangering network security;
(3) committing violent intimidation or threat against others, or carrying out human flesh search;
(4) involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;
(5) infringing on the patent right, copyright, trademark right, or other legitimate rights and interests such as name right, title right, reputation right, honor right, portrait right, privacy right, etc.;
(6) affecting or endangering the physical and mental health of minors, or may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social ethics, or induce minors to develop bad habits;
(7) taking photos or recording others without their permission, thereby infringing upon their lawful rights and interests;
(8) Those containing terror, violence and bloodshed, high risk and harm to the physical and mental health of performers themselves or others, including but not limited to the following situations:
i. Any content of violence and/or self-harm;
Ii. Any content that threatens life and health, or uses dangerous instruments such as knives to perform acts that endanger the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others;
Iii. Encouraging or inducing others to participate in activities that may cause personal injury or death or illegal activities;
(24) Other information containing content that violates laws and regulations, interferes with the normal operation of Plant Smart or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
5.1.4 If the Company has reason to believe that your behavior violates or may violate the above provisions, the Company may independently judge and handle it, and investigate the relevant responsibilities according to law.
5.2 After completing the registration according to the regulations, you can log in with the registered account to publish and share information on Plant Smart.
5.3 The company has set up a public complaint and report platform, and you can make complaints and reports on all kinds of illegal activities and illegal dissemination activities in accordance with the complaint and report system published by the company. The company will accept and handle your complaints and reports in a timely manner.
6. Plant Smart Information content usage specifications
6.1 Without the written permission of the Company, any user or third party shall not, on its own or by authorization, allow or assist others to perform any of the following acts on the information content in the Plant Smart software and related services:
6.1.1 Replicate, read and use the information content of Plant Smart software and related services for commercial purposes including but not limited to publicity, increasing reading and browsing volume;
6.1.2 Unauthorized editing, sorting and arranging the information content of Plant Smart software and related services, and displaying it in channels other than the source pages of Plant Smart software and related services;
6.1.3 Use any form of identification method, including but not limited to special identification and special code, to generate adverse effects on the information content of Plant Smart software and related services, such as traffic generation, reading volume guidance, transfer and hijacking, by itself or assist a third party;
6.1.4 Other illegal acquisition or use of information content of Plant Smart software and related services.
6.2 Without the companys written permission, no user or third party shall directly or indirectly steal video, text, and other information content of the Plant Smart software and related services in any manner (including but not limited to link theft, redundant theft, illegal scraping, simulated downloading, deep linking, fake registration, etc.), or remove or alter such rights management electronic information in any way (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific identifiers, usernames, etc.).
6.3 After the written permission of the Company, users and third parties shall also comply with the following norms when sharing or forwarding the information content of Plant Smart software and related services:
6.3.1 No changes of any kind shall be made to the source web pages of Plant Smart software and related services, including but not limited to the links to the home page of Plant Smart software and related services, links to advertising systems and other entrances, nor shall any form of obstruction, insertion, pop-up and other hindrances be made to the display of the source pages of Plant Smart software and related services;
6.3.2 The relevant data content shall not be used for any purpose other than the scope of written permission of the Company, nor shall it be sold or commercially used in any form, or disclosed to, provided to or permitted by a third party for any use.
7. Breach of contract
7.1 In response to your violation of this agreement or other service terms, the company has the right to independently determine and take measures such as issuing a pre-warning, refusing to publish, immediately stopping information transmission, deleting content or comments, temporarily prohibiting the posting of content, or restricting some or all functions of an account, up to and including terminating service provision. For any consequences resulting from this, such as you being unable to use your account and related services normally, or being unable to access assets or other rights within your account, the company shall not bear any responsibility. The company has the right to announce the handling results and may decide whether to restore the use of the relevant account based on actual circumstances.
7.2 If you violate the provisions of this agreement or other service terms, causing third-party complaints or claims for compensation, you shall handle it yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise as a result. If your illegal acts or breaches of contract lead to the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, or successor companies compensating any third party or being penalized by government authorities, you shall also fully compensate the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, or successor companies for all losses incurred as a result.
7.3 The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate interests of users and others. You guarantee that any text, novels, etc., you upload when using the Plant Smart software and related services do not infringe upon any third partys intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, or other rights and legitimate interests. Otherwise, the company has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon notification from the rights holder or relevant parties. For all claims made by third parties, you should handle them yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise; if your infringement causes loss to the company and its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies (including but not limited to economic and reputational damages), you shall fully compensate for all losses suffered by the company and its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies.
8. Change, interruption and termination of services
8.1 You understand and agree that the Plant Smart software and related services provided by the company are offered as they currently stand, based on existing technology and conditions. The company will make every effort to provide you with services, ensuring their continuity and security. You understand that the company cannot always foresee or prevent legal, technical, and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, network issues, defects in third-party services, third-party websites, and the need for platform operational safety, which may cause service interruptions, inability to use the Plant Smart software and related services (including paid network services), as well as other losses and risks.
8.2 If you choose to bind your Plant Smart account with a third-party account, except for the binding relationship that you terminate by yourself, if any of the following circumstances occur, the third-party account that you have bound may also be unbound, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party:
8.2.1 Violation of local laws and regulations, national policies and this Agreement;
8.2.2 Violation of the third party user agreement or its relevant provisions;
8.2.3 The station to which the third-party account belongs requests to cancel the binding;
8.2.4 The platform or business to which the third-party account belongs has been shut down;
9. Advertising
9.1 You understand and agree that during your use of the Plant Smart software and related services, the company may push relevant information, advertisements, or brand promotion services to you. The company will also display commercial advertisements, promotions, or information (including commercial or non-commercial information) from the Plant Smart software and related services, as well as third-party suppliers and partners in the Plant Smart software and related services.
9.2 If you do not want to receive relevant advertisements, you have the right to choose "not interested" in the advertisement information, and the push of similar advertisements will be reduced.
9.3 If you do not want to receive the Plant Smart push notification service, you have the right to turn it off in your mobile phone system notification management.
9.4 The company fulfills its obligations related to advertising and promotion in accordance with the law. You should independently assess the truthfulness and reliability of the advertisement or promotional information and take responsibility for your own judgment. Unless explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, any purchases, transactions, or damages or losses you incur due to the advertisement or promotional information shall be borne by yourself, and the company will not assume liability.
10. Intellectual property rights
10.1 The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of Plant Smart, and enjoys all rights within the scope permitted by laws and regulations in respect of all data and information generated during the development and operation of Plant Smart software and related services.
10.2 Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, business names, domain names, website names, or other distinctive brand features (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Marks") of the company, including but not limited to Plant Smart, without authorization under any circumstances. Without prior written consent from the company, you may not display, use, or apply for trademark registration of the aforementioned Marks in any form, alone or in combination with others, nor may you register domain names, or otherwise indicate or imply to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle these Marks. If you violate this agreement and cause losses to the company or others due to your use of the companys above-mentioned trademarks, marks, etc., you will bear full legal responsibility.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 You understand and agree that the Plant Smart software and related services may be affected or interfered by a variety of factors, and we do not guarantee (including but not limited to):
11.1.1 Plant Smart The software and related services are fully suitable for the users requirements;
11.1.2 Plant Smart The Software and related Services are not disrupted, timely, reliable or error-free; any software, services or other materials obtained by users through the Company meet the expectations of users;
11.1.3 Any errors in the Plant Smart software and related services will be corrected.
11.2 If you come across any online information, account passwords, advertisements, or promotions related to loans, investment and financing, wealth management, or other property-related matters, please handle them with caution and make your own judgment. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative, or punitive damages you may suffer as a result, including but not limited to profit loss, business reputation damage, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses.
11.3 You understand and agree that during the use of Plant Smart software and related services, you may encounter force majeure factors (force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective events), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons), network issues, war, strikes, riots, etc. In the event of force majeure, the company will strive to promptly repair the situation. However, any suspension, interruption, termination of services, or any resulting losses caused by force majeure will be exempt from liability within the limits of laws and regulations.
11.4 The Company shall have the right to deal with illegal content in accordance with this Agreement, which shall not constitute the Companys obligation or commitment, and the Company shall not guarantee to timely discover illegal acts or deal with them accordingly.
11.5 You understand and agree that the Company does not provide any express or implied warranties or conditions regarding the Plant Smart Software and related Services, including but not limited to commercial fitness for use, applicability for specific purposes, etc. You shall bear the risks associated with your use of the Plant Smart Software and related Services at your own risk.
11.6 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, specific, or penal damages, including profit losses incurred from your use of Plant Smart software and related services. Unless otherwise explicitly provided by law, the total liability of the Company to you, regardless of the cause or manner of action, shall never exceed the fees (if any) that you pay to the Company during the period of using Plant Smart software and related services.
12. Special agreement on individual services and third party services
12.1 Plant Smarts software and related services include information or links to information content obtained by the company through various legal means (since the web pages linked externally are not under Plant Smarts actual control, the company cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for user convenience). These also include other individual services legally operated by the company and its affiliates. Such services may exist as separate sections within Plant Smart. The company has the right to add, remove, or modify these special sections from time to time.
12.2 You can activate and use the aforementioned individual service functions in the Plant Smart software. Some individual services may require you to accept special agreements specifically formulated for that service or other rules that bind you with the service provider. When necessary, the company will provide these agreements and rules in a prominent manner for your review. Once you start using the aforementioned services, it is considered that you understand and accept the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for the individual service. If no usage period is specified, the usage period for these services will be from the date you begin using the service until the service ceases to be provided in the Plant Smart software.
12.3 When you use third-party software and related services in the Plant Smart software, in addition to complying with this agreement and other relevant rules within the Plant Smart software, you may also need to agree to and comply with the third partys agreement and relevant rules. Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party software and related services shall be resolved between you and the third party; the company will not bear any responsibility for you or any third party.
12.4 You can choose to use your third-party payment account and linked bank card for payments in the "Plant Smart" software. You understand and confirm that this payment service is provided by a legally qualified third party. In addition to being subject to this "Plant Smart User Agreement," you are also bound by the terms and policies of the third-party payment service provider and financial institutions. The conditions and regulations for using such payment services are determined between you and the payment service provider. Plant Smart assumes no responsibility for this payment service or financial institution.
13. Terms of use for minors
13.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you shall use the Plant Smart software and related services only after carefully reading and agreeing to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian.
13.2 Minors and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws and regulations or the contents of this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear the legal liabilities that may result therefrom in accordance with the law.
13.3 In order to better protect the privacy rights of minors, the company specially reminds you to carefully publish content containing minors materials.
14. Other
14.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the law of the place where it is located. If any provision of this Agreement is rendered invalid due to conflict with the law, such provisions shall be interpreted and applied as closely as possible to the original intent of this Agreement without violating the law, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain fully effective and binding.
14.2 To provide you with better service or due to changes in laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions, etc., the company will timely revise this agreement. The revised content forms an integral part of this agreement. After updating this agreement, the company will release an updated version on Plant Smart and notify you of the updates through announcements on the Plant Smart platform or other appropriate means before the new terms take effect, so that you can stay informed about the latest version of this agreement. You can also check the latest version of the agreement terms on the homepage or in the software settings page. If you continue to use the Plant Smart software and related services, it indicates that you have agreed to accept the revised content of this agreement.
If you have any objection to the revised agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using the Plant Smart software and related services. If you continue to log in or use the Plant Smart software and related services, it is deemed that you acknowledge and accept the revised agreement.
14.3 The headings in this Agreement are for the convenience of reading only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision hereof.
14.4 You and the Company are independent entities. In no case does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied warranty or condition on the part of the Company to you, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the parties.
14.5 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
